Scrin Ship From Command and Conquer Wiki Enlarge
It should be noted that there are at least 2 different alien ships, both of which are assumed to belong to the alien species known only as the Scrin. This page refers to the alien ship that was captured by GDI during the Second Tiberium War. [edit] Origins
Unfortunately, the only sources we have regarding the origins of this particular weapon come from Nod leaders known to have lied in the past, one of whom was on Eye-Candy, a potent hallucinogenic agent. According to statements recovered from the Nod networks during the past 15 years:
1. Kane: (Paraphrased): "It was constructed at the end of the last war. Return it to me in Cairo."
2. Vega: "He didn't steal it. He made it." (On Eye-Candy).
Taking these statements at face value indicates that either Kane or someone else constructed the ship at the end of the last war. It is possible that the ship was constructed at an alien planet at then time, and then flown there, which would imply (assuming Earth-time), that the Alien Planet is less than 45 light years away, a fact that may also be probable assuming that the meteorites come from the same source. GDI documents related to the Alien ship after it was searched indicated that the ship contained technology unlike anything previously encountered. If Kane did indeed make the ship, then he made it using technology from the Tacitus.
At this point, the EVA network reserves judgment until additional information is revealed. [edit] History
During the Second Tiberium War General Vega took the ship from its secret underground hangar where Slavik was supposed to pick it up and take it to Kane's temple in Cairo, hoping to settle a score in South America. Vega crashed-landed the ship south-west of the Great Antilles, but a team managed to recover the ship, and eventually moved it to Nod's technology center in the Southwestern United States. However, it did not remain in Nod hands for long, as GDI scouts tipped off McNeil that the ship was present. GDI forces were dispatched to the site and captured the ship and a nearby technology center.
Despite a Nod counterattack, GDI managed to retain posession of the ship. It is presumed to remain in GDI hands, possibly still at the New Mexico site where it was originally encountered.
